About 10 kilometers away from Kalamata, the beach of small Mantineia is known for:

- and the imposing Taygetus that dominates right behind her.
Access to the beach is free, however if you prefer, you can sit on the sunbeds from the countless beach bars located along the beach and enjoy your coffee or drink.
